PCOS management, thyroid disorders, irregular periods linked to hormones, and assessment of symptoms like unexplained weight changes, acne, or excess hair growth.

Pregnancy Support (Preconception · Early Pregnancy)

Four Steps to Your Consultation

No paperwork. No waiting room. Your consultation on your terms.

01

Book a Time

Pick a slot — evenings and weekends available. Request a male doctor at checkout if you'd prefer.

02

Speak to Your Doctor

Video or phone. A proper conversation about your concern, medical history and what you're aiming for.

03

Get a Clear Plan

Diagnosis where possible, e-prescription to your pharmacy, lab referrals if needed, and practical next steps.

04

Ongoing Support

Follow-up bookings are quick. Same clinician where possible, so progress is tracked properly over time.

Care That Actually Understands Women's Health

Four principles that make the difference between a rushed GP slot and a proper women's health consultation.

Listened to, Not Dismissed

Women's symptoms have historically been under-recognised in general practice. We take time to properly understand your concerns, whether that's heavy periods you've been told are "normal," PCOS symptoms that have gone undiagnosed, or menopausal symptoms affecting your daily life.

Honest About What We Can and Can't Do Online

Some women's health care needs an in-person visit: coil fittings, smear tests, breast examinations, and early pregnancy scans. We tell you straight what we can handle online, what needs in-person review, and we write the referrals to get you there. No wasted fees, no runaround.

Personalised, Not One-Size-Fits-All

Contraception choices, HRT options, and hormonal treatments are highly individual. Your doctor discusses what suits your lifestyle, medical history, and priorities, not just the first option on a protocol list. If the first treatment doesn't suit you, we adjust.

Continuity, Not One-Offs

HRT, PCOS, and contraception care work best with follow-up. Your doctor schedules reviews at the right intervals, adjusts doses when needed, and arranges bloods or referrals as your situation evolves. This is ongoing care, not a single transaction.

Why Patients Pick Us for Refills

The clinical approach is the how. Here's the why. Four reasons Irish patients book their refills with us.

IMC-Registered Only

Every doctor is Irish Medical Council-verified not overseas.

Same-Day, 7 Days a Week

Evenings and weekends. No three-week waits for a routine slot.

No Waiting Room Exposure

Stay home, avoid spreading the illness, and skip sitting next to other sick patients.

GDPR-Secure & Private

Encrypted end-to-end. Sensitive discussions stay confidential.

Prescription Refill Questions, Answered

Straight answers on privacy, speed, pharmacy acceptance, and what we can or can't refill online.

01
Is the consultation secure and confidential?
Yes. All consultations take place on encrypted, GDPR-compliant platforms. Your medical history, symptoms, and consultation details stay private between you and your doctor. Nothing is shared with your employer, family, or anyone else without your consent.
02
Can I get a prescription for contraception or other medications?
Yes. Our IMC-registered doctors can prescribe combined oral contraceptive pills, progestogen-only pills (mini-pill), and other routine women's health medications where clinically appropriate. For coils, implants, or injections, you will need an in-person GP visit as these require physical insertion. We can issue the prescription and refer you to an appropriate service.
03
Can I discuss menopause-related concerns?
Yes. Our doctors assess perimenopause and menopause symptoms, discuss lifestyle and non-hormonal options, and can prescribe Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) where clinically appropriate. This includes oestrogen tablets, patches, gels, combined HRT, and vaginal oestrogen preparations. Some specialist-only medications may need referral to a menopause clinic.
04
Can I get HRT prescribed online?
Yes, where clinically suitable. Your doctor reviews your medical history, current symptoms, and any contraindications (for example, history of breast cancer, blood clots, or certain cardiovascular conditions) before prescribing. HRT prescriptions are sent directly to your chosen Irish pharmacy. A follow-up consultation is typically arranged at 3 months, then annually, to review how the treatment is working.
05
Is this service suitable for pregnancy-related advice?
We can support preconception counselling, early pregnancy advice, folic acid and supplement guidance, and general pregnancy-related health questions. Once pregnant, your antenatal care (routine pregnancy monitoring, scans, midwife appointments) is managed through your local maternity service. We can help you navigate the next steps and write referral letters where needed.
06
Can you help with PCOS, endometriosis, or hormonal imbalance?
Yes. For women already diagnosed, we manage ongoing symptoms, prescribe hormone-regulating medication where appropriate, and arrange routine follow-up bloods. For new suspected cases, we assess your symptoms, arrange appropriate diagnostic tests (blood work, pelvic ultrasound referral), and refer to a gynaecologist for confirmation. Endometriosis diagnosis typically needs specialist assessment, but we can start the pathway.
07
Can you help with sexual health and STI screening?
Yes. Our doctors discuss sexual health concerns confidentially, advise on STI testing pathways, treat straightforward infections like thrush or urinary tract infections (UTIs), and provide general sexual wellness guidance. For STI screening itself, we refer you to appropriate testing services as physical samples are usually needed. Emergency contraception advice is also available.
08
Can I get a referral to a specialist?
Yes. When your symptoms or condition needs specialist review, your doctor issues a referral letter the same day. This covers gynaecologists, menopause clinics, fertility specialists, endocrinologists for hormonal conditions, and other relevant specialists. The referral letter is emailed to you and can be sent directly to the specialist where requested.
09
How quickly can I speak to a doctor?
Same-day appointments are available most of the time, including evenings and weekends. We are open 7 days a week. When you book, you pick a time that suits you. Most consultations happen within hours of booking, with prescriptions and referral letters emailed immediately after the call.
